HEBRON GROUPS TO OPERATE

MEATING PLACE FOOD STAND

                   Members of Hebron’s Men of the Church and

Sisters in Christ Circle in partnership with the Beverley Manor

Ruritan Club will jointly man the food stand at the Meating Place on

four (4) weekends this year: May 23-24 (Memorial Day weekend);

July 25-26; Oct 10-11;  and Oct 24-25 (weather permitting).

     Please come by on Friday or Saturday and support us and

enjoy a hot dog, hamburger, cheeseburger, fried ham sandwich

or one of Bill Glover’s famous grilled tenderloin sandwiches

(they were so good last year that most of the employees of

the Meating Place had them for their own lunches!)

Food Booth Big Success!

Many thanks to all that supported the food booth at The Meating Place on Oct 10th & 11th.  Over $750 was split between the Presbyterian Women, Men of the Church and the Beverley Manor Ruritan Club.  Each group made over $680 for their work in the three food booths this summer.  Thanks to all who helped or participated in any way!

    Annual Memorial Service Held         

The Presbyterian Women held their annual Memorial Service on Tuesday  evening, September 2nd, at 7:30 P.M. in the church sanctuary. Moving tributes were read and spoken of our church family who have passed from us since September of 2007.  Refreshments were served in the fellowship hall following the service.  Many thanks to all who attended and participated.
